Schedule a Session

After you submit your request for an appointment, you will be emailed a link to sign into the client portal. There you will be able to enter the video meeting for your scheduled appointment and complete any required documentation. I will also send a personal email to you confirming the appointment. Superbill

If I am not in network with your insurance provider, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network services. 

Please contact your insurance provider for details related to your out-of-network benefits as well as the process your insurance company follows for such benefits.

Out-of-Pocket

If you do not have insurance, or choose not to use insurance, my full session rate is $115.
